Location is right next door to Oregon Crossfit in Bend!

Join us Monday night 1-20-14 at 7pm at the gym. We are launching the advocare 24 day challenge group nutrition kick-off with special guest and strength coach Rob Mamula, coming from San Diego. Hear about the products that CrossFit champion Rich Froning uses and be ready to get weighed and measured. Let’s get in the best shape of our lives and start 2014 right. I’m doing it, Greg’s doing it, Beau is doing it and a few others as well- no excuses! RSVP- we must know how many are attending to assure we have the materials for everyone.
